"I visited Kodiak Jax on a Saturday afternoon, and I was served by Sam, the waitress. She managed both the bar and the restaurant on her own, which was quite impressive. The atmosphere was great, and the food was excellent. I definitely plan to return. I really enjoyed my experience and was truly impressed by the hard work of my server. I believe the owners should consider hiring more staff, as handling a bar and restaurant with over 35 guests is quite a lot for one person."
