"When I inquired further about the pricing, she displayed a dismissive attitude and walked away without addressing my concerns. I had to point out my order in the POS system and clarify that I only wanted one plate, asking her to remove the additional $20 charge. This was the first time I experienced such a poor attitude from a staff member in a restaurant. It would be beneficial for management to hire employees who are committed to providing a positive dining experience. No one wants to interact with someone who behaves unprofessionally. Unfortunately, I will not be returning."
