"9/11/23. Lunch with friend and wife. Was here once before several years ago. It's still as good as I remember. The location is quite nice plenty of parking and views of the canals. It's a seafood restaurant as the name implies. The service was friendly and efficient . Didn't look at the bar/wine menu. We drove down from St. Pete's and our friend from Miami. Long drives back so no booze. They have an ample selection of fish and seafood and sushi and sashimi. We all had the fish du jour special: pan seared mahi with shrimp and scallops, vegetables and jasmine rice. A small garden green salad, nicely dressed, was offered as an accompaniment. The fish was perfectly seared, having a light crust but the flesh moist. The vegetables nicely sautéed. We didn't have dessert. Lunch was quite enjoyable. We would lunch here again if we're in the area."

"We were under the impression based on the internet and conversations with the restaurant that we had to purchase karaoke tickets if we were hoping for a glimpse of Hulk Hogan because the karaoke was at one section of the establishment and the restaurant was in another area. Meanwhile, the majority of the patrons did NOT have red bracelets on to be at the karaoke section; plus online it said only 21 tickets were sold for the karaoke portion and there were well over 100 people. I am very displeased that I had to pay $100 for our family of four; which included our 9 and 12 year old sons, to be at the karaoke section when the difference of the patrons did not have to pay. It was an amazing experience because thankfully Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart were present, but clearly not a fair system when I had to pay when others did not."

"Delicious pizza!! Ordered food for pick up and didn’t get a chance to dine in but the place seems very small and intimate. Gives off a dive bar feel with tables with a small stage for live music. "Great atmosphere and awesome, friendly service!! We stayed at the attached hotel and definitely spent a lot of money here on drinks.The key lime coconut bar was delicious. Not sure if they make that in house.We had both flatbreads and they were just ok. The truffle fries were a yummy late night snack.Overall, the food was very mediocre, but I found that to be the case with all restaurants on St Pete. The service was 5 stars. The atmosphere is great. The drinks were too expensive for what they were. We only bought cocktails during their happy hour when they are half price. The wine list was decent and the pricing for wines was fair, which was great for a night cap.My suggestion would be to add a few more non-fish options for lunch for the folks staying at the hotel. I would've loved a chip and dip or hummus or something easy to snack on while by the pool!"

"We had a lovely meal with great service, all while enjoying a stunning view of the water at very reasonable prices. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn’t busy on Saturday night, especially since nearby places were nearly empty while their competition was bustling. The food was tasty, but a bit unconventional. The chef clearly has a creative approach to recipes, which some might appreciate. Overall, it was pleasant but didn’t leave a lasting impression on any of us."

"As usual, our culinary experience at Alchemy Elements was fabulous. We had the pleasure of having Justin as our server, who was working his first night at the restaurant. You would never know it, though! He was attentive and provided excellent recommendations from the menu. While the restaurant is small, it has a very chic atmosphere. The dishes are fresh and unique. We've visited there seven times in just nine weeks—it's become my new favorite restaurant. Thank you to Justin and the chef for a delightful experience!"

"My husband and I stopped here on our way back to Miami from the Keys. Wow. The food was EXACTLY what I was hoping for to take care of my seafood cravings! We live in Phoenix and good seafood is difficult to find so this was a treat!My husband ordered blackened shrimp with cole slaw sweet potato fries, I ordered the royal ceviche we shared the fried calamari as an appetizer. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The ceviche was the best I have ever had. I ordered it with medium spice and it was SO tasty....so fresh.The service was also top notch. I highly recommend!"
