"Four of us dined at Charcoal. We've been wanting to try this local restaurant since it opened. It did not disappoint. We loved the location adjacent to the Graphite gallery, the building is airy, uncrowded and has a great vibe. The cocktails were top notch, the cheese platter was good but pretty standard, the cod dish was good as was the crab and butternut squash gnocchi, the stand out dish is the pan seared scallops with an amazing beet puree. Nice wine list. Hopefully we'll return soon to sample desserts."
