"I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order was an hour late, and when it finally arrived, it was completely wrong! I went to the restaurant in person to try to resolve the issue, but they were unhelpful. The place was crowded with karaoke, but that shouldn't excuse the mistakes. It's not DoorDash's fault when you give the wrong order to the delivery person. If you're too busy to handle online orders, then don't accept them at all. Simple as that."
