"I was looking for a good restaurant that serves Peking duck, then I stumbled upon this gem in flushing. Guan Fu is your authentic Chinese restaurant that serves a variety of dishes from Mainland China. I ordered the Peking duck special, and let metell you, this is one of the best I ever had. The duck was presented in a rose pattern. Alternating layers of meat and crispyskin. The whole order is served with scallions, cucumber and a delicate pancake. There’s also sauce, pineapple and salt on theside to make each bite different from the last. I will definitely comeback to this place to try their other dishes. But fornow, their duck is king and I highly recommend it."
