"I'm giving this place one star because there's no option for zero. I used to enjoy the food, but the terrible customer service I just experienced has completely changed my mind. I ordered chicken empanadas, but they served me beef instead. It wasn't a huge deal at first, but when I went to swap them out, the staff member insisted that I had ordered beef, even though I always order chicken because I dislike beef. She said she would make the exchange, but then returned with the manager, who told me that they couldn't switch them out because I had already taken a bite. How was I supposed to know what was inside? They got my order wrong! This is truly awful customer service. Additionally, I've previously overlooked issues such as receiving empanadas that were still quite cold in the middle on two separate occasions."
