"This quaint little restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience. We opted for the lunch special, which featured penne all'amatriciana and angel hair pasta with tomato and basil. Each dish came with a choice of salad or minestrone soup. While the food was decent, I wouldn't say it was the best Italian I've tried. The flavors were rich but a bit overpowering, which overshadowed some of the more subtle tastes. The portions were generous, just enough to satisfy without overwhelming. The service was outstanding! The restaurant was quite empty, and everything was clean, including the restrooms. Prices were about $18 per person for the lunch special, which is reasonable for the area. Overall, I'd rate the food 3.5/5, the service 5/5, the atmosphere 5/5, and the value for money 4.5/5."

"Started with the reservation we made and still had to wait , then Service was extremely slow. Our waitress was not super friendly. Once seated waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come over and take drink orders. We questioned the cosmopolitan drink (vodka)orders and we’re told that’s how they make them there. But our appetizers which were not very good not very hot. Never got our dinner orders as it was taking very long and we questioned it and what had happened I believe is our order was never put in We were running out of time so we paid our bill left. Very disappointing"

"Little Roma is our favorite Mom Pop Italian neighborhood restaurant. Pops Son cooks; another Son serves and Mama does it all. Last week we ordered a Pizza for the first time and it was the closest thing to a “NY Slice” that we’ve had in a long long time. The Garlic Knots are fresh baked fabulous. Caesar Salads are well chilled leafy Romaine lettuce and not just a plate of Romaine spines. Calamari is great! Chicken Picatta is excellent. I could go on and on but you get the idea. PS Prices are reasonable, too. Our family adores Little Roma. It’s our Fav."

"Recently had a disappointing dinner here. Terrible service. We waited a LONG time for our server to come to our table even though people who were seated after us were getting attention (we had a different server). This continued throughout the meal. At one point I had to go in search of our server because, even asking other servers for our server, he never came and neither did our food. I was literally walking around the restaurant trying to find him or a manager or anyone. Once I finally found him, he seemed to realize he had completely forgotten about us (I think he never even put our order in) and apologized BUT he continued to be nowhere to be found for the rest of the meal. The food was bland and underwhelming not terrible but not at all up to what I would expect. (I had lunch here once a few months ago and had a fine experience, which is why I went back). I live in town and was very sad to have such a disappointing experience at one of the few restaurants in our town. There is a lot to choose from in neighboring towns. I won't be going back to Lucia's."

"Wemet the owner who is 100% Italian and knows his job well. My wife and I tried the pizza and we must admit that it is practically identical to the one we eat in Italy. The service guys are very kind and thoughtful. Aside from pizza there are other Italian dishes with ingredients carefully chosen by the management. enjoy your meal ??. PS: The view is breathtaking. You can consider the view of Manhattan as the appetizer."

"We wanted a mom and pop Italian experience, this was not it. Frank Sinatra playing in the restaurant, over shadowed by techno from the kitchen. It was a mad dash it get us out of there by the servers and the chairs and tables are crammed so close together. Was all of the different options around, I will try one of those before returning to Lucia "
