"First time here and the service was a bit underwhelming due to them being short staffed. There's free street parking and we sat outside. At first the bar tender said she was the only one and I had to go in to place my order as she was bringing other peoples food out and checking in them. I waited for my friend and went in and out and she was busy. Luckily, a Spanish only speaking buswoman was very kind and checked in on me periodically while I waited and again when my friend arrived and started us with water. I asked the last to take our order when she came back out to bring the other table some stuff and she did. Based on her recommendation I had the arugula salad, add salmon and it was good. My friend enjoyed her fried chicken but didn't eat the corn and only a few bites of the potatoes. Food came out hot and fresh. The fries were delicious too! Def a good spot to get some fries $5). I asked for extra ketchup and got ketchup packets which was odd to me since it didn't come that way. I can't remember how much we spent in total but the food was good. It's a bit out of my way so can't say I'd return any time soon. Oh, the outdoor seating area has fl idling fans which is nice. The inside was a little too packed due to legs parties."
