"The restaurant recently changed ownership, and despite making a reservation through OpenTable, the new owners were unable to access the reservation. They informed us that it would be a 25-minute wait for a table, but they managed to squeeze us in. However, it took over an hour and a half to finally be seated. Once we were seated, we waited for another 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Frustrated, we decided to leave and ended up going to Applebee's instead. It seemed like we weren't the only ones making the switch. Overall, the service was terrible and we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone."
