"We have always enjoyed ordering the pork nachos for dinner and have been doing so for years because they are super delicious! However, the last time I picked up our nachos, I realized that the pork was missing. I called the restaurant and the General Manager offered to refund the nachos, provide us with new pork nachos, and even threw in a six pack. It was just a simple mistake that occurred during the order process. I have worked in the service industry for years and understand that errors can happen, especially on busy nights. However, the level of exceptional service recovery that we received from the GM at Wolverine Brewing is very rare. Kudos to the GM and Wolverine Brewing for their outstanding customer service!"
