"The Crispy Shrimp Basket (8 pieces) was fantastic; the shrimp were crispy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly golden and well-seasoned. It comes with a tasty tartar sauce. The Gumbo Soup had wonderful flavor as well. However, while the Crab Meat Fries had nice fries, the crab meat was dry and didn't really enhance the dish."

"I highly recommend the Gumbo Soup. The Combo 1 was excellent as well, but I would suggest skipping the crawfish and choosing more shrimp instead. The shrimp had a lot more meat and were easier to peel. The crawfish were a bit hit or miss; some were better than others, but when you got a good one, it was really delicious!"

"The food was quite good. I stopped by during my lunch break and was a bit worried when I arrived to find the place locked up and dark, wondering if I had ordered while it was closed. Thankfully, I spotted a small window meant for picking up orders. The gentleman who brought out my order was friendly, but he didn't ask if I needed anything else when he handed me my sealed bag. I was hoping there would be sauces and utensils inside, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I would have appreciated some lemon for my calamari, but it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, it was a solid quick dining option; my food was hot and ready in about 15 minutes."

"The food was disappointing. The Chicken Tenders Basket was bland, and the fries were soggy and greasy. The Fried Shrimp Basket lacked flavor, and the shrimp were not seasoned at all. The Fried Oyster Basket was unpleasant and mushy. Overall, this place has really let me down, and I felt sick immediately after eating."

"Waitress was unprofessional, arguing with customers over what they ordered and then gossiped about them with other staff (within other customers’ earshot). "If you haven't heard of this place yet, you definitely should! It's the perfect destination when you're craving delicious food. We ordered the catfish and whistles dinner, which came with roasted okra (definitely a must-try), mac and cheese, and dirty rice (no joke about how good it is). The coleslaw had a bit too much mayo for my taste, and the yams were a little overly spiced with cinnamon. But aside from that, I can't wait to come back! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions with a smile. And don't forget to tip! Thank you for this wonderful experience. It's easy to drive by, but trust me, take a moment to stop in and enjoy a fantastic meal!"

"I visited this restaurant for the first time today, drawn in by its positive reviews. I ordered a snow crab and shrimp combo with medium heat and house seasoning. To my surprise, there wasn't a single drop of sauce in the bag! I even included a note requesting sauce because I've noticed many places skimp on it lately. While the food was heavily seasoned, it lacked any sauce, which made the shrimp quite tough. Dipping seafood in sauce is part of the experience, and having just a pound of seasoning isn't enjoyable. Considering the prices, there are definitely small improvements that could be made. Going forward, I think I’ll avoid takeout; I prefer to see my food before ordering."
