"I live nearby and my friend and I decided to go in on a Saturday night, we arrived just before 8 and at 8 their first ever trivia night started... It was comically downhill from there. I have nothing against trivia nights, I attend them, but they should have signage up or inform people or give an option for an area that is not in the same room for those wishing to just have dinner. Between the lady running the trivia on the mic who (forgiving it was her first time) was not the smoothest running it, or the people yelling, screaming, or cheering during the game we literally could not hear each other across the table. Once the trivia ended and some people left it was quite pleasant atmosphere, but before that was awful. The service staff was friendly, but our server was wildly inconsistent at stopping by the table and left us without checking on us for long stretches, ridiculously long time when we were ready to pay. And it was not due to short staff or she was too busy, the dining room was full but seemed they had plenty of staff as one had time to be filming the trivia for TikTok and there were others around. We came for the cocktails mainly, and they were very tasty, although did take a while to get out despite it not being *that* crowded in there. The food itself was solid but nothing extraordinary; we had the mozzarella sticks and pickle chips for appetizers, the mozzarella sticks were definitely a purchased frozen item which is fine, but were not that hot by the time they got to us so not great. The pickle chips were good, seemed breaded in house. My friend had a burger which she said was OK but not great, I had the steak and ribs combo, the steak was decent (cooked to correct temp), the ribs were good, definitely the best part of the meal. Overall the service staff was friendly and detail oriented when we could get ahold of them, and the food was good bar to saloon kind of food but nothing super memorable. I would return to try more cocktails and food, but definitely not for a lonngggg time and I would be sure to check their events calendar first.
