"Malina continued to assert that such an error never occurs and offered me a portion of turkey if I came back. I explained that I was already home and asked if she could address the issue for my next visit or even offer a discount on my next meal. Her response was that she couldn't just give away a salad for free. When I asked for her ID or operator number to speak to someone higher up, she refused and abruptly hung up on me.
