"On July 27, 2023, at 3:58 PM, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I approached the staff, a white woman asked what I would like. I mentioned I was thinking about the pita chicken but still needed to look at the menu. Instead of assisting me, she just laughed and thanked me for no apparent reason. I felt embarrassed for not being able to remember my order. The laughter from the two women, both white, left me feeling uncomfortable, while a male staff member and another woman were helpful. I couldn't shake the feeling of being treated disrespectfully by the two women. This experience felt racially charged, and I decided that I won't be returning to this restaurant. I used to work for Benny from 2013 to 2014, and I was always taught to treat customers with respect and to ensure they have a positive experience."
