"I ordered 4 ham and cheese sandwiches with all the toppings, two with Swiss cheese and two with yellow American cheese. However, I received all 4 sandwiches with yellow American cheese and turkey instead. This has happened to me on more than 5 occasions. One of the workers, a woman, had a major attitude. They really need to improve their service. All of them should be fired."

"I had a fantastic Roman veggie breakfast and will definitely be going back. The service was great as well. That was my experience eight months ago. However, I've returned several times since then, and the food has consistently rated about 8.5/10. Unfortunately, we've had the same server, Phyllis, on multiple occasions, and her service has been rather disappointing. She comes off as a bit careless and often forgets things, plus she doesn't acknowledge the generous tips we leave. I think it might be best for her to take a break."

"Good people. Decent/affordable food every time I need something quick. Portions are bigger than most other places around. Be prepared to wait a bit unless you call ahead, as it's at bare minimum on staffing. Staff work hard and deserve all the respect for all they do. They make a damn good fish sandwich and fries are always perfect."

"The young woman who took my order over the phone and checked me out was very friendly. I will definitely look for her when dining in. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. My daughter absolutely loved the chili cheese fries. She said they were the best! The chili and cheese were generously spread throughout all the fries, not just on top, and they were always fresh."

"Yeah…I know…a 5 out of 5. But nostalgia and taste really do align with locals when it comes to Woody’s. If you grew up in the outer Lansing area in the Aughts…it was our first taste of hummus before weight watchers deemed it the healthiest pairing to 0 point options (no dig, it’s true! Point being…in my 30 years, Lansing has opened its doors to an incredible tapestry of culinary endeavors I’ve been fortunate enough to witness and taste. I can only hope this is a sign that our community is opening not just its palette…but it’s mind. I was forutunate enough to be reminded of what an impression Woody’s made on me when I lived in said “Lansing bubble” where Taco Bell was my first introduction to eating Al fresco. "for years this was our favorite memory. since new property the service is really bad. really bad. it took 35 minutes until we got our food tonight (only 5 more tables were occupied). it is also constantly difficult to get someone to pay them out. we will not be back to eat inside. "They make very nice fruitti di mare or seafood pasta. We usually call for delivery when I have craving for seafood pasta, once a month thing. They listened well too. When Hubby said to make it spicy, they really prepared just the way I like it, spicy! Hubby and his friend went to eat here once before, small place but very good food. His friend liked it too. Other than the seafood pasta, we enjoy their baked clams. The phone staff is always very nice, always polite."

"Tom's Famous Family Restaurant #24 is easy to find, sitting streetside in a small plaza. Walking in, I noticed first that the place looked clean... Almost sterile. I was surprised right away to see a three-foot tall robot talking and delivering mealsfrom the open kitchen to the dining room! How fun is that?! We ordered at the counter. A QR on our chosen table didn't work, butthe one at the register gave online access to the menu. Of course, a menu sign hung over the waffle-House-style kitchen forthose who preferred it. Prices were fairly reasonable and we paid in advance at the counter. I didn't leave a tip on the bill,assuming we'd be served by R2D2. But it was a human who served coffee and soda to our table. Shortly after, two piping hotbreakfast plates appeared. The food was fresh and well cooked, but I prefer a bit more seasoning on the eggs and hashbrowns. Mybiscuits and gravy was delicious and the chicken-fried steak; tender and tasty, properly smothered in gravy. Service wasreasonably good, although I had to walk to the counter to ask for ketchup, only to be told to scavenge it from another table. Idid leave a tip in the tip jar. All in all, worth a visit!"

"Our first time dining at this restaurant tonight! We had often passed by this place before. We tried the basic gyro sandwich, which was huge and must have weighed at least 3 pounds! The meat was delicious and the fries were also great, just the way I like them - a little salty. No complaints, although the fries were a bit on the salty side, but that can happen. We definitely plan on coming back. All three of us - myself, my wife, and our friend - agree."

"I really hate to see the bad reviews because the food here is amazing! Been going here for the past 4 almost 5 years and every time has been superb! The farmers omelette is my go too, and to be honest the lady at the counter isn’t always smiley and sometimes might come off aggressive but I take no offense to that because this staff is always working so hard! They are busy all the time so I’m sure there might be a bad dish here or there. If you haven’t worked in the fast food industry you wouldn’t understand! I will continue to come and get their farmers omelette, and continue to support this establishment!"

"I went with a group of friends to eat here for lunch. The special gyro burger is really good. It's a meat patty topped with lamb meat. It is delicious! Ordered some chicken wings which was not to my liking because it smelled like chicken however it tasted good. It's a nice place to grab a quick meal. Satisfied!"

"We stumbled in this place and the food was excellent. We wanted to eat outside because it was a fabulous day. The waitress was extraordinary as soon as we placed our order. My daughter had the combined gyro and was in heaven. I had a bite and would order the next time. Spice combinations were excellent. I had something with turkey, cheese and avocado on a role that was delicious. I probably would have added salads and tomatoes, and on the other half I took home. We chose both French Pommes with our order that was the best of all time. It was such a pleasant surprise to find this place. It was perfect for us."
