"I am absolutely disappointed with the service I just received today. First I called and they left me on hold for 9 minutes. I called back and then the lady on the phone wanted me to order fast, I said to hold on for a bit to make sure what else I wanted to order. Then she rudely said to me: ? I don?t have time to hold on? I said: oh so you prefer to loose a customer? She said okay. I totally understand when they are busy, but that?s not the way you should talk to a loyal customer. I really hope the owner can see this review so he can do something about with customer service. It happened today Sunday August 28."
