"Terrible experience! The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. I waited over an hour for my food, and when I asked to speak with a manager, she insisted on helping me, even though I didn’t want to keep discussing my order with her. She kept repeating what I had ordered, despite me clearly stating that I wanted French toast with eggs. Then, I said I wanted pancakes with corned beef hash and scrambled eggs. After that, I inquired about getting another order of French toast with cheese grits, but I changed my mind due to the prices. Clearly, she didn’t understand me. When my food finally arrived, I called her back, and believe it or not, she hung up on me. This is utterly unprofessional. I will never order from here again; the service is rude and the experience was awful. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Save your money and consider ordering from IHOP instead!"
