"We ordered a combo plate and chicken biryani. The customer service was very poor. I would like to note to the restaurant that when they bring the food to the customers, they should check with them to see if they need anything or how to eat the food. It is important to ensure that customers' needs are being met. Unfortunately, there was no communication after our food was brought to the table. My biggest complaint is that the chicken kabab cubes were completely uncooked. The price of $19.99 for the combo plate is expensive, and if the food is not cooked properly, it is not worth the money. We had to throw away the chicken. The rice in the chicken biryani was overcooked and watery, but still edible. Overall, the meal was expensive, costing around $39 for two small plates (chicken biryani and combo plate). This review is reflecting on the poor customer service and expensive, uncooked food. I will not be returning to this restaurant."
