"I used to come here the past couple of years here and there. However, this year I decided to come in for a recent visit. Man, once I entered the place I smelt and sensed the vibration in the air. I am not sure if the management changed since the last time I came but whoever is reading this if you scroll down to view the other comments, you would notice there was a time when Champs was super. However, if you take a look at the recent views, you'll see there are negative reviews and mine is in the middle. The food was alright, I gave it four stars. Why? Because it was tasty, even though it had indo-sub continent herbs (way too spicy that impacted my gut). The service and atmosphere were three stars. Why? The cashier didn't provide napkins (I didn't ask but usually places will give napkins even if it is just one or three). The inside looked disgusting. The tables were not wiped down. The floor was dirty. There was an unpleasant odor in the air as well. Do I plan to return? Not really."
