"I ordered a meal, which was a generous portion and very tasty. I also ordered a coffee, served in a small cup, and the waitress assured me she would provide refills. This is where my experience took a turn for the worse, and I doubt I will return. I dislike being treated disrespectfully by anyone, especially in a customer service role.
When I asked her to refill my coffee, she brought me a cup that was nearly empty and clearly not fresh. Instead of brewing a new cup, she wanted to give me the last dregs from a previous pot. Most establishments will offer fresh coffee for refills, but she let it sit for about five minutes before bringing back the same old coffee I’d already rejected. To make matters worse, she poured it into my cup and claimed that the old coffee would be strong. I can't believe how poorly she treated me, insisting that I couldn't possibly want more coffee.
It felt as if the restaurant was hoarding their coffee supply. I found her attitude to be rude, and I even felt a hint of discrimination in how she served me that stale coffee. I expressed my concerns and told her that I didn’t appreciate being treated with such disregard.
Additionally, I noticed that the ketchup bottle looked dirty and was unsanitized. When I went to use it, the liquid resembled what you’d find at home, not in a restaurant. Throughout my visit, the waitress spoke loudly and excessively, which was quite annoying.
Overall, I was not impressed at all with how that waitress treated me, especially regarding the stale coffee. I won’t be returning. This place did not live up to the rave reviews I had heard. I've been to much better restaurants where I received excellent customer service. The waitress's behavior was simply rude and unprofessional."
