"I don't know if it was the young man's first night, but the only thing he said to me was, "Hold on a sec," and then he completely forgot about me for about seven minutes. When I finally approached him to check on my order, he was unable to locate it despite me repeatedly providing my name—three times, in fact—while wearing a name badge with my name on it. I've been a regular at this restaurant, visiting weekly.
After some back and forth, another employee finally emerged from the kitchen and pointed out my order, which had been shoved into a corner of the register. It had been ready the whole time. By the time I got home—just a short distance in downtown—my food was cold.
The rudeness of the service is unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see you serve Mediterranean cuisine in such a disrespectful manner, especially coming from someone of that culture. I've attached my receipt for full transparency regarding my name. The responses from this establishment really highlight their lack of respect and consideration. It feels more like a childish approach to handling feedback than a professional response from a business owner. When the main issue discussed is rudeness (not timing), and the response continues to reflect that same rudeness, it speaks volumes about their level of service."
