"I visit Colorado fairly often and finally came across this gem while searching for a breakfast spot today. Wow! It delivered everything I hoped for from a local diner! The atmosphere is fantastic. They offer a wide variety of breakfast options. I considered trying the burrito after reading some reviews, but I decided to go for the Denver omelet, which they referred to as the Kitchen Omelet. It was packed with fresh vegetables and had an amazing flavor. The hash browns were outstanding as well. I also noticed that they specialize in gyros, so I’ll definitely be back to try those. I sampled their hot sauce and absolutely loved it, so I took some home with me. Is this place even real?! The service was quick and friendly. I can't wait to return!"
