"I was going to take my refund and let it be but now I feel like I need to say something. Tried JoJos for the first time yesterday. Got the beef fried rice and egg rolls. On my second bite of rice I notice a bug in my food. Got grossed out because there could’ve been more. I called and asked for a refund. Go back for my refund and idk if this man was the owner, I think he was. Guy was EXTREMELY RUDE! huffing and puffing at me, telling me “good one” as if I’m lying. I show him the picture and he continues to be rude to me talking about how it has never happened in the years he’s been open. Blah blah. Dude I just want my money back and I’ll leave. My order was 15.96 and all he gave me back was 14 dollars and couldn’t even put it in my hand.. threw it on the counter. — he’s very lucky my husband wasn’t there."

"Hot sour soup was warm on top and scalding in the middle. Seemed like day-old soup just microwaved to order. It had a weird aftertaste. The Great Wall Shrimp is literally frozen shrimps microwaved, drenched in cocktail sauce and then plated on a bed of broccoli. The fried rice is tasteless. Would not recommend. General Tso’s Chicken is terribly dry. Comes with the breaded chicken and three jalapeños. I could get better food with flavor at Panda Express for a fraction of the cost"
