The soup strikes a perfect balance—neither too salty nor too sweet, and it has just the right amount of umami to warm you up on even the coldest days. The small size is quite generous, and I can only imagine that the large would be just as satisfying.
For vegan options, I recommend the salad rolls (just ask for tofu) along with a few other items they have available. Vegetarians shouldn't miss the tofu banh mi, which includes a mayo or aioli, making it non-vegan but absolutely delicious.
During our visit, the service was great—friendly staff even though they were a bit short-handed, and our food came out quickly. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!"
