"Once we were finally seated, we received water, but then we were left waiting for quite a while before someone came to take our drink orders. After that, we had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for someone to take our food orders. It was a Saturday night, and the prime rib was the special that evening (although we didn’t order it, we saw another table send theirs back).
We ended up ordering spaghetti and meatballs (the meatballs weren’t great according to my dining partner, but the spaghetti was decent), as well as chicken fingers and tater tots, which were good. We also wanted stuffed mushrooms, but after waiting about ten minutes, we were informed they were out.
Overall, the food was acceptable, but the service really let the experience down. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, as it took us over an hour and a half to be served."
