"I was pleasantly surprised at the Parker Road location as no two Chili's are alike. The wait was short, the food came out in only a few minutes, everything was delicious. Had the Mushroom Swiss burger with fries. The burger was big and juicy with melted Swiss and sautéed mushrooms. It was cooked just right and hot and delicious. The fries were plentiful and very good. The server was great, checking back several times to see if we needed refills. This was the perfect dining experience and we'll be stopping by again next time we're in the area."

"Sat in table 52 for what it's worth. Server may or may not have been named Danielle? Only reason went to Chili's was because it appeared to be the least busiest restaurant in the area. Now I now why. The entire staff was lethargic. The hostess/host appeared to be late to work, waited a few minutes to be seated. The only thing nice I can say about our server was that her Harry Potter Glasses were pretty cool looking. Some guy with a Jim Carrey Dumb and Dumber haircut slammed our drinks down at a front corner of the table without even making eye contact making no attempt to divvy them out. We were only given three straws for a party of four. Despite the restaurant being visibly slow our server disappeared for approximately 15-20 minutes before asking to take our order. When she brought out our appetizer she didn't bring plates eventually she brought two, then finally brought the other two moments before Jim Carrey delivered the entrees. At least dumb and dumber made sure everything was delivered to the respective parties. Food was somewhat decent which is the only reason for the higher rating. We were charged for two items that we didn't even order. Fortunately this was eventually cleared up. Guess the moral of the story is don't expect good service in a not so good part of town?"

"We went on Saturday to celebrate mother's Day .there were only two servers and one cook even though it was Saturday at 2:00 p.m. after we got our table and ordered chips and salsa for an appetizer; we had to wait 20 minutes to get that .about 5 minutes after getting our chips and salsa we got our food: the fajito avocados were Brown and the shredded cheese was literally hard, the broccoli was completely uncooked not even blanched. When I asked to speak to the manager , instead of approaching my table she instantly went to the back to reprint my receipt without even addressing me. at that point I was fed up and left, only get back online and recognize that I did not get the desserts that came with the meal I had paid for ,so then I called I have to wait another 10 minutes on hold to speak to the manager . she want to comp anything off my meal but I can get a voucher . Yes I'll take the $20 voucher for the $90 meal which took another 15 minutes. so basically I either had spoiled food old food uncooked food and paid for desserts I never got and waited over 40 minutes to complain to the manager.so thank you Chili's for ruining my mother's Day oh and I also called the corporate number and they won't give me regional managers phone number... so best of luck for everyone trying to eat Chili's ....go anywhere else this mother's Day today 2022!!!!"

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and would give it a negative five stars if I could. They seated us right next to other diners even though many sections were completely empty, claiming those areas were closed. The tables they tried to seat us at were dirty, with food and trash on the floor. Eventually, we were moved to another table, but that section was also crowded. Our server completely ignored us and never brought us chips and salsa, even though we saw other tables receiving them. The kitchen looked filthy, with dirty dishes and leftover food strewn about. If you don’t believe me, just take a walk to the restrooms and see for yourself. I strongly advise against eating here—take your money somewhere else. I will never return to another Chili's again."

"The front entrance windows were smudged with handprints and could use a thorough cleaning, as could the entrance area itself. I pointed out to the front desk that there were napkins on the floor in the lobby, and I also asked them to clean our table and seats. The staff at the front desk took care of it for us, but we would have been happy to handle it ourselves. We value a clean and sanitized environment. It might be a good idea for the person at the front counter to take on the responsibility of maintaining the entrance area. On a brighter note, our server who took our order was outstanding."

"Me and my wife have never been here before and she really wanted to try it for her birthday. I ordered to go and spent over $40 for our meal thinking that we'll have a new restaurant to go to now. The original chicken with a dipping sauce of honey mustard came with the sauce smothered all over them and they were so incredibly spicy we couldn't even eat it at all and they were suppose to be original not spicy. We got those for my 2 year old and glad we didn't give her a piece and tried it first. The street corn which she was dying to try was horrible and tasted like a carrot somehow. That's not how street corn is suppose to taste at all. The brisket wasn't good and so dry and inedible. The fries were good and that was the only thing that was. My appetizer of nachos came with 9 nachos and burnt and inedible and basically looked like dog food not beef. They brought my order out and didn't say a word to me and just walked away once she basically threw the food at me. I don't even want a credit for this food to go back. The only thing I'll accept is a full refund because we had to throw out all that food we ordered and went to applebees instead. We've never tried Chilli's before and will never go back again and will let everyone we know to never go there because it's disgusting and a waste of money. I don't know if you just try to cover up how bad the food is with just making everything wicked spicy, but I've never complained about a food order anywhere before, but will make sure i post this everywhere i can to warn everyone not to go there ever. I'm so disgusted by this and my wife is almost throwing up now on her birthday."

"It's Chili's, what do you expect right? Cool beer, not cold. Kinda felt and tasted like they poured it into a glass right out of the heat cycle of dishwasher. Ordered appetizer, got it after our meal came out. Waiter said he would take it offticket....didn't happen. Ordered 10 oz steak well done, 6oz came out medium well. Wife's steak came out undercooked also. Justnot a good experience at all. Better get your !t together Chili's, lot's of other restaurants out there i can go to."

"We visited this Chili's for the first time and found it fairly quiet when we arrived, though we still had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Right away, there was a strong scent similar to bathroom cleaner, which was unpleasant and seemed to cover up another smell. Once seated, I noticed food splatters on the walls and windows in several spots, along with some mold near the window. There was also a loud fan near our table that became increasingly annoying. On the plus side, our waitress was friendly and attentive, and our food came out quickly. The meal itself was quite tasty. However, the unpleasant odor and general untidiness raised concerns about the restaurant’s cleanliness and made me question the kitchen’s condition. Thankfully, we didn’t have any stomach issues, and the service was decent, so I’m rating this restaurant three stars."

"Never tip in advance before picking up your order. The service inside isn't reliable (which is why we chose takeout), and neither is the to-go service. I waited over 15 minutes for a delivery that never arrived, and it seemed I wasn't the only one experiencing this issue. I noticed they had run out of chicken enchilada soup, and the young man simply cut open the plastic bag and poured it into the takeout bowl without even bothering to heat it up—it was ice cold. The burger was cold as well, having sat there for who knows how long. We had ordered it cooked pink in the middle, but that didn't happen. Why offer that option if you're just going to disregard it? This location just keeps getting worse and worse."

"Me and Pratt have been coming to this Chikis for years and now I don't think I will ever eat at this one again. I'm a rewards member there, we have always celebrated things there examples my new job, his new job, that we were expecting usually always our go to spot. I got a gift card from work and wanted to treat us out to a nice family outing on 2/16/2024. We had gotten Marshall the kids cheeseburgers, Pratt had smokehouse platter, and I had a burger. We had a little wait for our food but had our chips and salsa to help. When time to leave I let Mia our waitress who was great know we had a gift card then will pay the remaining balance. She said no problem she would be right back with the check. Brought it to us only $21 left over so that's easy enough! I mean why use a gift card if your just going to get screwed over? So since Mia was running all over Pratt took the receipt to the kiosk where (Dustin) the manager was at with someone else. I watched as Pratt stood there waiting for one of them to even acknowledge him. Finally they did, he came back with confused look on his face. He gave me the receipt which right away I noticed showed an alarming $58.76. He said they told him it will show this but then on my bank account it will show the leftover balance. I was already confused because the amounts didn't add up. So I check my bank account and sure enough the $58 was pending not the left over. So I said nope its not right so he then went over back to them. At this time Mia came over and I explained what the issue was and she said oh no that's not right. She then went over there. What happened was the manager charged us a different tables ticket. So then Mia and him come over to take my card to cancel this transaction and do a charge for correct amount. Ok great so she brings back correct receipt with showing only $21.58 will be charged this time. So I sign we leave night over. Then 2 days later I check and BAMMMM not only did the $58 take out but a $31.58 charged to my account as well. So I call Chilis in Buda and asked for manager. Yesi I believe how it is spelled got on phone with me. I explained the situation she said she found the one for $58 and put in for request for refund for the $68.76 that will take up to 5 -7 buisness days. Great perfect. No not great. Waited the time called since I had not seen anything. She said yes she submitted it that day we talked she and email a request to track it and see where it's at. I said yes, she said she was going to be off then back again on Tuesday this week after 3pm to call back then. Ok I did and guess what, she then tried to say she called me 3 times right after we last talked but couldn't remember what day it was but she tried 3 times no answer. 1st off I would've answered but if I didn't why not leave a voice-mail? So I moved past that and asked what she found out. She said that corporate denied it asking why she (I) wanted more money then I paid for. So I then again asked if she explained to them I was charged twice. She was like you had to receipts that night I said yes like when I first explained it to you. She said well I got the approval for the $58.76 only. I said is that going to take another 5-7 days before I see my refund. She said yes 5-7 days. I said and what about my other money she said I would have to talk to the other manager it's not technically her job then said that I could call corporate. So I asked for their number and she said for me to WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE 5-7 DAYS. Like no I've already waited long enough. So I said no I'm calling them now. She told me I could Google their number. When i said I always eat here but not anymore and that this is ridiculous she only said sorry you felt that way. I'm sorry but if this is how Buda Chili's is I will never recommend it again. To lose a customer due to their mess up. Be careful with when you actually look at what you are paying. The one I saw before the guy gave Pratt the 58 had all correct items of ours on there. "We arrive to have lunch Bartender came over to take a drink of order. Bartender returned 15 minutes later with our drink and asked us if we’d like to order no waitress. She then took our order which we ordered chips and salsa before a meal. We waited about a half an hour, never received a chips and salsa we had to ask for them. We also said, if our chips and salsa, are coming out with the meal we don’t want them. Almost 50 minutes later, I chips and salsa came out within five minutes later I Mail came out. No one ever came to our table to ask how I meal was or if we wanted another drink. The meal was awful, and the service was awful we will never go back."

"The service was great and the location was very clean. However the food at least what I got was just salt. I got the Cajun chicken and pasta. It was just a slurry of salt. I had two bites and just had to stop. The salsa for the chips was a thin sugarwater with absolutely no spice to it at all. The ingredients were 95% water 4.5% sugar and 0.5% reddish orange something. Justgross. Really for as much as the chips and salsa costs you should get salsa not sugar water. The only reason I give it twostars on the food is that my wife liked the salmon. If not for that I would give it zero stars. Suffice it to say I will not begoing back unless my wife insists that she needs salmon. I personally will not ever eat there again."

"This was probably the worst meal we've had in a long time, which is disappointing because our previous experiences at this Chili's have been much better. To start with, the Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl contained barely a tablespoon of greens. As for the Ranchero chicken tacos, the flour tortilla crumbled into pieces when I tried to pick it up, and the chicken was so overcooked that it was inedible. On a positive note, the rice and beans were excellent. However, the chili bowl was more of a small cup than a bowl, and it was only half full. It was so petite that it didn’t even come with any chips."

"We used to visit this restaurant frequently, and everything was always on point—fresh, delicious, and flavorful! A special thanks to the generous manager, Chris Sweeney, who welcomed us warmly as always. I ordered the Southwest chicken soup, sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, a Caesar salad, and chips with guacamole salsa. The Long Island Iced Tea was cool and refreshing, and the mini molten dessert was fantastic. I was thoroughly impressed, and we will definitely be coming back. Additionally, Chili's is supportive of the local community, which is a great plus."

"the 5 stars are for our waiter, matthew. he was absolutely amazing and very attentive. can't say the same for the hostess or manager. we went there to celebrate the birthday of our big daughter. there were 3 adults and 4 children/children. the hostess told us that they could not sit more than 6 on a table. we have no problem, just put us back to 2 different tables. then she told us they couldn't give us two tables. they sat the three grown-ups and told the four children that they would wait 10 15 minutes before they would sit, although there were empty tables before and after us. When our waiter came to the table, we told him that we would not order unless our children/grandchildren were sitting on a table next to us. After he had explained what we had told about the hostess manager, he went to us with the manager. result: the grandkids sat immediately on the table behind us. It seems to me that matteus should be the manager, since he obviously had the most general sense of sensual operation! thanks. matthew that we retouch the birthday dinner of our big daughters! what they have done is very appreciated! take one more stand in life and they will be hugely successful whatever they do!"

"Service was almost non-existant. We stood up front by the reception area for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. It was a couple minutes later before we were seated. It took probably 40-45ish minutes to get our food, and part of it camecold. Once we got our food, we almost never got waited on again. Nobody came around to refill drinks, ask if we needed anything,etc. If we ever saw anyone, they were pretty unfriendly (not unPROFESSIONAL Just not FRIENDLY). I saw the same lack of serviceat other tables as well. One couple got up and walked out because nobody ever got to them. Another customer went behind the barand refilled his own drink. 2-stars because the food was still the same quality as other Chili's we've been to (minus the partthat came out cold)."

"Our server was friendly, respectful, and quick with our drinks, remembering all of our requests. They even brought an extra plate for our toddler, which is often overlooked in many places. The food was excellent, and we have no complaints. I ordered the Queso Burger, and I’ve tried this burger at three different Chili's locations, as well as about ten times in another state. The Queso Burger at the Chili's in Kerrville is by far the best I've had from any Chili's. I would definitely drive back just to have that Queso Burger again!"

"**Restaurant Review Updates** **February 25, 2022** - My experience was a bit of a mixed bag this time. There was a sign indicating that some menu items were unavailable. My parents had ordered Thousand Island dressing for their salads, but the waitress informed them it was out of stock, so they went with Honey Mustard dressing instead. Despite that, the food was still enjoyable! I had the Southwestern Eggrolls, which were hot, delicious, and just as tasty and spicy as I remembered. **April 16, 2022** - I received a reward through the app for a free birthday dessert since my birthday is next week. I cashed it in for a slice of cheesecake and also ordered Cajun Pasta with Chicken and a Coke Zero. Everything was fantastic! **June 8, 2022** - I tried the Loaded Potato Soup and the Loaded Double Burger from the lunch menu. Both were great! I must have been quite hungry because I dove into the Double Burger before I remembered to take a picture; I managed to snap one after I realized. My parents felt a bit sorry for our waitress since she was pregnant and appeared to be quite far along; it didn’t seem like the best time for her to be working. **October 12, 2022** - On this visit, I ordered the Triple Dipper featuring Southwestern Egg Rolls, Big Mouth Bites, and Fried Pickles. Everything was delicious! I love sampling a variety of dishes, and I had the perfect opportunity to do just that today!"

"Wow it?s been 10 plus years since my last visit to Chili?s. Just forgot about it I guess? Went with the kids after a lake day and it was great. Great service great food! Kids loved the baby back ribs plain. I had the brisket quesadilla and sausage. The moon has the bacon ranch quesadilla . Exactly what you would expect. Awesome. "My partner and I had a great data night here! We had looked at some of our visits, but landing on something new and were disappointed not to have tried this place before. Our server and the food were both great! We ordered some drinks and the 2 for $25 deal. My friend wanted a burger (and loved it) and I ate recently so I ordered a salad. Our server mixed them (understood) and we shared a good laugh. Best Chili 's I was with! Better than Applebee 's and much less expensive than the other choices in Dover. Next time I try the Jack Apple Margin!"
