"It took about 15 minutes to receive our food, and it seemed a bit slow considering there were only two guys working. When we got home and opened our food, it looked decent. However, I discovered that the egg on my Protein plate was crunchy because it had eggshell in it. I checked the Loco Moco plate and found eggshell in the sunny side up fried egg as well.
This is unacceptable in the restaurant industry. The cleanliness of the facility was also lacking, although the guy at the register was friendly. Some additional training for the staff in the kitchen would greatly improve the overall experience."
