"The self-checkout is almost always closed during peak times, and the lines are consistently long. I placed an order for hot food along with a few other items and waited in line. When I went to pick up my sandwich, I discovered that it hadn’t even been made because the staff was too busy chatting. There was no one else waiting, and I had to ask if my order was ready before they finally started preparing it.
Today, I just walked in and immediately walked back out because the line was so long and everyone was visibly frustrated. Once again, only one register was open, and the self-checkout was unavailable for the umpteenth time. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend going there – it will only worsen your mood.
While there are some friendly employees, there are also those who aren't very pleasant. For a place that’s supposed to be convenient, it’s incredibly inconvenient, especially if you're pressed for time. This GetGo is the worst!"
