"Granted I've only been once in the last five years after going weekly for over a year. Went for a late lunch today and was highly highly disappointed. Server brought us menus, came back a little while later to bring the coffee I requested, came back a little while later to take our order then bring our food. Not one person came back to bring more coffee, to ask if we needed anything. Nothing and no one. It wasn;t that they were busy either, half the section we were in was empty. The food was good, not as good as it used to be. But the service was horrible. I've scratched this diner off my list. I will not be going back again."

"This restaurant in Green Bay is the only place open late at night that I could find. While most of the food was average, the chicken wings with gravy were outstanding. I could see the cook through the window, and I noticed he was coughing a lot while preparing orders. The server seemed busy and was a bit brisk in her mannerisms, not quite rude but not particularly friendly either. There were some people hanging out near the slot machines who appeared to be on drugs, which was a bit unsettling. The server did step in to handle a situation involving one of the men and a girl placing an order, so I can understand why she may have been stressed. We had to wait quite a while for drink refills and to pay our bill."

"I had dinner there with my family after receiving rave reviews of the restaurant. Our server was very nice, but marginally incompetent. He didn't know many details about the menu when asked for details. One of the starters was served without any of the 3 ingredients (olives with canned citrus and fried parsley - served without the fried parsley - not the waiter's fault). The waiter presented the special as an appetizer, but it was actually an appetizer. My main course (or should I say "starter") was served about 5 minutes after the rest of my table had already served their main courses. I was able to order another main course when it was clear that I had ordered an appetizer, but by then the rest of the table was done with the main course. The rest of the people at my table enjoyed the food and the beers were delicious, but overall my experience was not great."

"I was hungry for seafood and local reviews cited M&S as a good place to go. I was by myself on a late Sunday afternoon. On arrival I was passed over by the hostess in favor of a man behind me. I jokingly said I must be smaller than I thought (I am relatively small but not invisible). I was seated in a less than desirable location but as a woman who travels alone often I am accustomed to that and not readily offended. The waitress was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I ordered what she recommended (scallops) and it was wonderful while I was there. AS soon as I returned to my hotel it went right through me. I have to wonder if she recommended the dish because it was about to go overage? Normally I have an iron stomach. It would make me hesitate to return or recommend the restaurant and that is a shame. I have intended to write the restaurant and advise them for their own good but have been quite busy."

"Definitely our favorite bagel place. We get their Asiago bagel with bacon, egg and cheese and it's always so good. Their bagel dogs are also good- the dough (once heated up) is very soft and it's pretty big compared to what I have got at other places. In the fridge they have sealed fresh squeeze orange juice that taste so fresh. I do wish customers respected the door signage letting customers know how many people are allowed inside at a time. Indoor dinning is not available for this location (June 2021)"

"This was a great place to spend the afternoon and get a great meal. We arrived hungry and ordered the poutine as an appetizer, then burger and pizza. We were very happy with the Poutine and our burgers had double Patty’s, which was another bonus! Everything tasted delicious. We then drove in lane 14 and met a fantastic and friendly couple, Katy Phil, who helped us while we laugh. We've stuffed two hours and then called a day. We liked it so much we booked another visit, but this time we will get the package deal, bowling and pizza! It is a great place to take the family for some pleasant candlepin fun!"

"This is my second time dining at Tailwater and unfortunately it may be the last. The food was absolutely amazing but we also almost left before getting the food due to the horrible customer service. We arrived mins early for our reservation, sat at the bar while we waited and was still seated at our table late. Once we arrived at our table, we were placed with a Mason jar filled with nothing when everyone elses tables were provided with candles and the table was so wobbly that we had hurry to drink our beverages down halfway so that they stopped spilling everytime the table was touched. We were also in a spot right next to the wait staff doors and dirty dishes from surrounding tables were placed right behind my boyfriends chair. I'm not normally one to complain because I have worked in many dining establishments so I understand being short staffed and issues that arise. I picked this establishment to dine at as this was our anniversary dinner and I wanted to do something nice for my other half. Considering the prices of the meals and the general reputation of this establishment, I expected better and was extremely disappointed by our experience. That being said, we did decide to stick it out and our food was amazing even though our waitress was not personable at all."

"We've had their pizza, stromboli, wings, pasta, salad and canoli and all have been fabulous. I love their crust, perfectly chewy and crispy at the same time. It's also the only place I know that delivers to us out here in the country. It does usually take an hour so don't wait too late if you're considering placing an order for delivery but it's always hot and worth the wait."

"what a surprise to find a whole menu of vegan options in a seafood restaurant! the eating style is south and kajun, so the options are on bbq and mac and cheese. the fried pickles and cajun hummus were great appetizers. we chose the marmbalaya with tofu and rice that was delicious. we also had the smokey bbq tempeh salat. this is only an salat (letter, tomaten, gurke, crumbs), but they do a fantastic work with the smokey bbq tempeh. her homemade ranch is pretty good. 2 dessert options in the night we were there. chocolate cheesecake (not made in the house, so we skipped it) and walnuts topped fudge brownie. the brownie was made in the house, good and a huge portion, much for 2 people. that is a restaurant next to a hotel. it was very crowded, but we sat fast and as soon as our order was received, served quite fast."
