"Came in this evening (Friday around 7) and was immediately seated outside at request when the inside was crowded. Waitress was friendly and generally good except the time she disappeared which just coincided to be at the time we had already been waiting for right at 30 minutes. She finally comes and asks if we are okay. I tell her it's been more than 30 minutes. Her response was the kitchen was backed up. She comes back a few later with our food. Nearly 40 minutes from placing the order to the time we get our tacos and burrito bowl. The food was really good despite one taco being extremely small when you think about it costing 5 bucks! So, as you see, I am left conflicted. Really good food, decent service, but terrible timing for food that could have (theoretically) came out of a truck in a manner of minutes. If your kitchen cannot provide quality Tex Mex in 15 or less minutes, don't seat the customers. Seems to be logical to me."
