"Our ribeye, priced at $52.00, was tough, chewy, and lacked flavor. It was barely on par with a basic flank steak. We ordered it medium rare, but it ended up being a mix of rare and well done due to the thin and uneven cut. Ideally, a quality steak should be consistently thick, but ours varied between 1/4 and 3/4 inch. The gumbo we tried was decent but not worth the $32.00 we paid for it. The so-called jumbo pour of wine felt like a standard serving to me, and I really don't get the trend of serving red wine chilled. It seems to mask the fact that the wine is of below-average quality. Overall, we were quite disappointed."
