"Good night because it wasn’t so crowded. I wanted to try something new, so I ordered the Chicken Romano’s. I hate to say it, but it was disappointingly bad. Too much sauce which seemed like it was from a jar, with hardly any taste. Just not good at all. My friends loved their meals—the gyro and the crab cakes. The menu is huge so I’ll be back to try something else, or I’ll go back to my tried and true chopped beef dinner."

"I went there today with my girlfriend and we had our first experience ever with this place and it was absolutely spectacular. I ended up getting the sub called the experience which was one of the greatest things I've had in a long time. This is definitely one of the best sub shops in the area and it's owned by some of the coolest people who are great at their job and confident in what they do. I don't know why I would ever see a negative review for this place but if you do completely negate it and definitely go for yourself because the experience is delightful."

"Great tasting food, decently friendly service. This location was dead on a Saturday and we could see why. The location is filthy. It looked like nothing was clean. The worst part was at the drink station. There was a ton of mold and dust underneathit. We could smell it through our masks and we couldn't take off our masks because the smell makes you want to throw up and youcould smell it throughout the building. We decided not to eat inside. Looks to be going out of business Very sad because of thegreat food."

"Called order in was told order would be ready in 10 minutes. I said that is fine I'll be there. However there was a major freeway closure and i had to take side street. The side streets were over crowded because everyone was dealing with the trafficissue. Now it's about 40 minutes after the time I was supposed to be there to pick up my order. I received a call fromD'Elia's letting me know they were closing in 5 minutes. I got in there about 1 minute to closing picked up my order. The hotsandwich was nice and warm and the cold was nice and cool, and they were delicious as usual. The hectic trip was well worth it.The staff was very nice and understanding."

"When I walked in I asked, what makes you better then any other sub shop the guy told me “fresh ingredients and every sub comes hot” Well I was wanting Tuna. Warm? Hmmm I thought ok. After ordering and getting my chips out came my hot Tuna sub. After placing my sub down he was nice enough to say if you don't like it warm. I can make another at room temp. Now that's good customer service. I enjoyed it and I really enjoyed my lunch break and will definitely return to try other hot fresh subs."

"When I walked in, I asked the staff what sets them apart from other sub shops. The guy replied, "We use fresh ingredients, and every sub is served hot." I was curious about the tuna, though—warm tuna? I thought I’d give it a try anyway. After placing my order and grabbing my chips, my hot tuna sub was brought to me. When he set it down, he kindly offered to make me another one at room temperature if I didn't like it warm. Now that's great customer service! I really enjoyed my meal and had a fantastic lunch break. I will definitely be back to try more of their hot, fresh subs!"

"This deli/restaurant is fantastic! I can’t believe I’ve never visited before. The sandwiches and other dishes are incredibly delicious. I opted for the tongue sandwich, and it was amazing! It’s been tough to find great places since Covid, but I was pleasantly surprised here. There was just one waitress, but she efficiently took care of all the customers. If you're looking for an excellent deli sandwich, this is the place to go! The interior is also beautiful and comfortable."

"Was in town with my mother for my cousin's funeral, and staying at the Glacier Peaks Hotel, which is connected to the casino also the aforementioned restaurant. Hungry, after a long train ride, we immediately went to said restaurant ordered the following: Mom had some delectable creamy tomato soup with saltine crackers hot tea, whereas I had a huge delicious Indian Taco with everything on it a small dr. pepper (lol which turned out to be HUGE . Satiated impressed with the delicious food thus far, we decided to order dessert, which did not disappoint Mom had mouthwatering homemade huckleberry bread pudding, whereas I had a truly succulent chocolate lava cake with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. OMGosh, can't say enough about the food service; without asking the server whisked our plates away as soon as we were done brought us out fresh plates of food. Also, it turns out the friendly Manager is my cousin's cousin and was on a food t.v. show a few years ago because he's a professional Chef and presented his award winning food! :"

"Planet Sub has been fantastic ever since it was known as Yello Sub in Lawrence. However, if you want to enjoy your meal at its best, I recommend picking it up yourself. They exclusively use DoorDash for delivery, but unfortunately, DoorDash tends to drop the ball when it comes to ensuring your food arrives fresh and hot. Instead, you might receive your food at room temperature, and only when they get around to it. There are a couple of key issues with DoorDash: First, they struggle to time their drivers’ pickups with the food preparation. Second, since drivers usually have multiple orders to deliver, your meal could arrive 30 to 45 minutes after it was prepared."

"I often eat at this restaurant when I'm working nearby, and I have to say the food is fantastic. They have a great selection of healthier, lower-calorie options. One interesting aspect of their service is the unique method they use, calling out playing cards to serve customers. While this system usually works well, I have noticed a few issues. They could really improve by adding a speaker system, as it can be quite difficult to hear what’s going on in the restaurant. I witnessed a mix-up where the wrong card was recorded for a customer, leading her to have to check on her order after it took too long. Unfortunately, by the time she got her sandwich, it was cold."

"This place came highly recommended. They were busy which was to be expected, wait wasn't too long. Bathrooms are clean. Waitress was nice. They are a bit pricey in my opinion. I got the vegetarian omelet with hash browns and white toast. Omelet lacked flavor needed hot sauce and ketchup. Hash browns lacked flavor as well needed salt, pepper, hot sauce and ketchup. My daughter got the Nutella crepe which she said was very good. Reason for the 3 star is they charge a service fee as well as a fee for using credit card. As a business owner myself I feel it's bad business to pass along your processing fees to the customer, just my thought on that. Would i come back or recommend, sadly no. This again is just my opinion, you should try them out for yourself."

"I can not rate the food because I didn?t stay to taste it. We went in, only 3 tables had people at them, was were asked if we had reservations. We have never been there so didn?t know that was a thing. My husband said they had tables open and she said they have a table. She did not like that he remarked about the open tables.
