"Such a great little deli! We stumbled upon this location as part of a trolley tour around Nashville and absolutely loved the lunch here! The counter-service deli team was friendly and efficient and the lunch spot would be the sort of deli you could hit up all the time if you lived or worked in the area. I opted for the BLT which was served on toasted sourdough and featured perfectly crisp bacon and salt and pepper along with mayo. A perfectly constructed BLT! Others in the party all raved about their sandwiches and not a single complaint was heard. The menu board had some really awesome sounding options and if I were to find myself back at Southern Engine Deli there would be more than a few options that I'd look to try. Chips, snacks and bottled drinks were all available and there were a few salad options also available for order. Ample seating options available in the deli and the crowd of customers moved through the deli line swiftly and with smiles on their faces. Highly recommend checking out this deli!"
