"This place is horrible now, use to love coming here but made reservations and no water or contact with a server for 20min after being seated. There was one couple at a table upstairs and three servers at the bar obviously not doing there job. Walked out and they said thanks for coming, no clue about anything going on in the restaurant. I will not recommend or be returning."

"Highly recommend dining with friends at this restaurant. There are plenty of great menu options, including small plates for those with smaller appetites. Every dish is delicious. The staff is very attentive and helpful during your visit. Convenient parking is available right at the restaurant, which is a bonus for easy access. Many of my friends live in the larger Seattle area, but the location right next to I5 makes it convenient for them to reach and park, even if they live a few miles away."

"I don't think I would bother to reserve a table at the theatre restaurant before a movie again after the experience I had here. Watching one staff member freak out at other staff members and having our drinks take forever was not worth what we paid. Just an uncomfortable experience where everyone seemed unhappy to be doing their job. We also had to ask for our popcorn and drinks in our theatre seats because the movie had already started and no one had delivered anything to us. Overal the VIP theatre experience is a unique treat, but I recommend going to a different restaurant and buying your own snacks prior to going into the theatre. They should stick to just showing movies because they don't know how to provide proper customer service to people when it comes to the foodservice industry."

"we sent them to information, no answer seems they don't read emails. we went and had dinner, eating was good, eating cold, just coming out of the kitchen 15 feet from our table. the service was best not to go there on a Monday. eating was complete and complete for the amount and quality of the meal. because for a drink after work the best thing you should do, disinterested coworkers, no aviance, boring atmosphere more like an intermediate country truck stop, but hey his in the neighboring so for a drink, which go to the teufel for it"

"I work here and love to work here: Gets a little crazy at times and that's a good thing! Today I noticed that most of the tables I got today have become my friends over the 5 years I've been here. The staff I work with are my friends and feel more like family. I'm so lucky to have a good group of people to work with that not only encourage me at work but in my own life outside of work. I feel like the customers see that we love working here as well. My favorite thing on the menu is the combo fajita tacos or the bacon cheeseburger! Yep we are a Mexican restaurant but we have awesome hamburgers! And my favorite alcohol drink is the El Matador."

"(2 stars because the cooks, not the service environment)Love love love Ricky js always have but today when I went (3/23/22 around 6 pm) Me my mom both ordered a burning love burger, I asked for bacon on mine our server even wrote it down but it came out without bacon. The toppings were all to one side on both like my pickles were stacked together, my moms burger had literally 4 individual diced tomato squares for the tomato on it, barely any lettuce, the bottoms of the Pattie’s were burnt. Whatever cooks were there clearly don’t care what about what they’re sending out which is pretty inconsiderate considering that people are paying for this I’ve always known the food to be amazing here. Our server was super nice had no problem with him at all he was willing to fix whatever went wrong everytime we come he’s always nice, but whatever cooks were back there today are a literal joke it’s making me question the food here now lol I absolutely love Ricky js but please, the cooks today need some serious help."

"This was our first stop while in Nome. First finding the place is a bit interesting. It looks closed (but we realized later all places look like this in Nome). Once inside, its a pretty marginal place but has great views. I am all about hole in the wall places, so I can deal with dated décor. The service was also marginal. The server was not very friendly and obviously new and could not answer any questions about the menu. However, I will say, she would get the answer and come back, but her demeanor and vibe was that she really would rather be somewhere else.. we were interrupting her day. But the one good thing is the food! We were very happy with our order if you like basic staple type food. The cook is to be applauded. If they could just clean up the place a bit and hire friendly staff they would have a 4 star place!"

"I was visiting Anchorage and had no idea where to eat local, so I did a google search for breakfast places and found this little gem!So much food for a great price! There was so much I actually took half of my breakfast with me and reheated it the next morning and it was just as good. Which is pretty rare. The staff was super friendly and helpful.So if your not from Anchorage (or if you are) definitely stop in here for some great food and service.Thanks much! I hope to make it back to Alaska again and to Gwennie’s!"

"This place is something else. It used to be kind of a dive, but they have turned it around and turned it into a really fancy place now. The menu has been reduced to some really good quality things and they are definitely that. My favorite to get at new places is the fish and chips, this one is great! I wish the pieces were bigger, but otherwise, a nice crispy exterior and perfectly cooked fish. Salmon potato soup de jour is amazing and you must get that if you like salmon. Crab cakes are also a super great appetizer, you only get two though! Overall, highly recommend!"

"we had a business dinner there, which comprised about 20 people. this is one of the best places to do this for a reasonable price while not feeling how it would be interrupted by others. we reserved the intermediate level, which was calmer and allowed us to scream over the table. everyone had a great time and the personal was professional, friendly and fast. the salmon and pea risotto was delicious and the several times ordered appetizers were delicious and varied."

"I went to the comedy night and decided to try out the beer and food that I've heard so much about. We ordered quite a bit! The dirty fries topped with sweet bacon were absolutely delicious, and there was more than enough to share. Surprisingly, the buffalo cauliflower was even tastier than chicken; it had a fantastic burst of flavor. The cheese curds were also excellent, and the lettuce wraps were amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious. I opted for a blonde beer, which was crisp, smooth, and just an all-around great choice. The comedy was an added bonus (and it was free!). The two young comedians were genuinely funny! I will definitely be back to try more dishes and sample more beers!"

"We were really looking forward to our trip to Silver City, we love the tropic haze and ride the spiral! We shared the wings and steak salad and both were just ok we would give it a 3/5 for the food. The beer is fantastic definitely 5/5 and we were able to try some seasonal offerings like the experimental IPA as well as the sonic reign pale and range west ipa. Service was great! Next time we would skip the restaurant and go straight to the taproom."

Despite showing the confirmation from OpenTable, the host informed us that they no longer use that service. However, he quickly stepped out to find us a table. "Head Shoulders Above the Rest!. McCool's is the true definition of a neighborhood hangout!Great local pub with simple eats done really well! Beer selection is second to none...a Bar that has such a huge selection I would dare anybody to order something they don't have! Staff is friendly although the bartenders don't seem like they enjoy themselves much at times! But the quality of the food more than makes up for it! "We've been dining here a couple of times a year for over 20 years and have never been disappointed! The salads and crab rolls are delicious, the drinks are strong, and the steaks are fantastic. The service was quick, but it felt somewhat impersonal. Our main server took our order, but then at least three or four other staff members brought our food or cleared away empty plates. The main server checked on us briefly a couple of times, but seemed to be in a hurry. The bill was settled quickly, but I’m unsure who actually received my tip."

"DON'T DO IT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The only thing good about this place was the complementary bread which was actually good and our server was nice. First thing... our food was given to the wrong table. I am assuming because a young couple does not look like they can order or afford good food. The much older couple they gave our food to actually ordered a burger instead. What we got... Blackened halibut INEDIBLE. Like, actually inedible. All you could taste was salt and spice and the halibut was maybe half a centimeter thick. Lets be real, I never tell the staff the food is bad... but this was completely horrible. I told the waitress, her apology seemed genuine and she asked me if she could get me another piece but seasoned differently. I decided to give it a second go so per her suggestion I got it seasoned with their herb butter (which comes with the bread). The new halibut was decent but definitely did not taste fresh (had that previously frozen texture). Ribs By the time our food came to our table, the only warm thing on this plate (and by warm, I mean slightly higher than room temp) was the ribs. The baked potato and greens seemed like they were sitting for forever. They were not even warm. Needless to say we will not be coming back for the food. EVER. Surprisingly I would go back for the complementary bread. It was nice and moist and paired well with their herb butter. The place is located in the Red Lion Hotel and there is a private parking lot with lots of parking."
