"I am originally from Iran and now live in Vancouver, I have travelled to Prince George for work and was recommended this place for authentic Persian food. I was so happy to have Persian food but when I went to the restaurant I was disappointed with the food and service. The waitress seemed disinterested and not engaging in conversation. THE FOOD WAS NOT AUTHENTIC OR ANYTHING NEAR AUTHENTIC. The rice was not basmati (the rice looked like a sushi rice or something you would use for sushi), there was a Safran colour but no taste and the stew (khorsht fesenjoon) taste like something out of the can. I am very happy that the owner Mr. Akbari is trying to introduce the Persian culture to PG comminuty but I think is unfair to say that the food is authentic (and its NOT)."
