"I have been going to this deli for 5 years through 3 different managers. These new people took over seemed very nice until now. I ordered food and happen to drop it. I only asked for new vegetables which I was willing to pay. They charged me $4.83 a small serving of Broccoli. I paid and said wow $4.83 for broccoli with a smile. Its not like I refused to pay. The owners daughter said It costs $6.99 and I gave you a discount . You can go somewhere else and buy vegetables . I asked her why is she being disrespectful with the amount of customers I brought here. She came around the register to my face and told me not to come back to the store. My colleague called to speak with the owner to diffuse the situation. He stated No one will disrespect my daughter and hung up the phone. They came in and fired people so its only their family, now they 're over-worked and exhausted. That is no excuse to be nasty to a very loyal customer. I have never seen or heard of such rude and disrespectful people at a restaurant. This family business causes mischief with customers due to favoritism. His daughter was wrong. She felt because her father owns the restaurant, she can speak to customers any way she feels. I 've spent hundreds in that deli, even buying breakfast, lunch and dinner for people and recommended plenty of people. Serving decent food is no excuse for bad behavior. Highly disappointed in these nasty people."
