"I'm writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to the blonde woman who handled my order last night. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she truly made our evening special! I placed an order for a pizza at 8:35, planning to pick it up after finishing work at 9:00. I wasn't aware that Mancinos closed at 9, so I called to apologize and let her know I would be arriving late. She was incredibly kind and understanding, even including a little treat with my order. I can't thank her enough! That night, I had a group of people who had been out in the cold for eight hours and were relying on me for dinner. Everyone was impressed by the outstanding customer service, and the pizza was fantastic too!"
