"It's hard to rate some places these days due to the lack of staffing. That being said, when I stopped by less than a quarter of the tables were full. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I ordered breakfast which was okay but not great. Only problems were the sausage was cold and the toast was soggy and cold when it arrived. Other than that everything was fine."

"Extremely disgusted with the upper management!!This restaurant used to be a gem on the map and it rapidly went down the drain. Upper management started to cut back on a lot of costs. Food from here is no longer fresh, some of the ingredients are spoiled but still served. And worst of all, many of the staff members have expressed feeling unsafe in this establishment.I interviewed a few of the cooks and waiters and my heart almost broke!The conditions some of these employees go through are ridiculous!! Many of the employees expressed how hard it is to work for this company. They are constantly scolded, worked to the bone, and threatened to be replaced.Some of the ex-staff have even confessed to being fired right before they were eligible for part-time or full-time benefits. Many were given lousy excuses.Unfortunately, these employees hold their tongue daily in hopes of being able to provide for their families some kind of financial stability."

"Chowing down at the Purple Dot!. Well I figure I would squeeze in a few more Yelps before leaving for a wedding in Minnesota in a few days. Many new adventures, hopefully all positive will await us!After spending a lengthy amount of time at the nearby Seattle Pinball Museum, Steve and I were hungry!The other places we had bookmarked were closed or not picking up their phone so we picked the Purple Dot Cafe.We were a little suspicious with their review average but we were glad we went ahead and gave them a try!I ordered Vegetable Chow Mien. Oh wow, was that good! Everything tasted fresh and the crispy chow mien was simply outstanding!Steve got a kind of spicy tofu dish with pepper, it too was delicious!We were getting too full to finish everything so we took in home to enjoy the next day.Mmmmm! We really enjoyed our meal here!"

"PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BAKERY BOSS BAKERY . THEY OFFER HORRIBLE SERVICE TO PATRON. Please read this and you will understand. Too bad I can not give them a minus ten thousand stars. I walk into the bakery today after picking up some dim sum across the street at Three Stars Restaurant. I wanted to pickup a few thousand egg tarts and pork buns for my daughter 's after school sports program. You know how hungry kids can get after playing after school sports. I had a bad experience with the bakery staff when they opened up a few years back. The staff was totally unorganized then so I assumed that after a few years they may have worked out the kinks. Boy, I was so wrong. They are still rude and offer double standards to people they know and other customers that walks in. This is what happened today. I was there around noon time and there were a few customers waiting in line. I just stepped forward a bit and the gal behind me just step over the line and cut in front of me. The staff seen it and said nothing. Then this gal bought at least ten items. Being very observant and knowing the approximate pricing, I thought her bill would be around $20 but was astonished that the cashier told her it was only $12.00. The customer told the staff that she wanted certain items that the staff have to reach in to get like the egg tarts. She wanted the one all the way in front of the counter. The staff complied. When I came to the counter, I asked if i can have those unblemished egg tart in front of the case. The female cashier refuse to comply. I ask why did she do it for the customer in front of me, she refuse to comply and wanted to give me the egg tarts that had quite a bit of blemish. I told her why i did not get the same service as the previous customer and she just snarl at me. I guess I caught her NOT TREATING ALL CUSTOMER EQUALLY . Well I never going to patronize Boss Bakery ever until they learn to treat all customer equally. I just walked out and went to the other bakery further up on Noreiga. I really like to give my business that treats patrons nice and equally. For these afternoon program, my usually order is three dozen pork buns and another three dozen egg tarts. Too bad I will be patronizing your competitors. Businesses have to realize the need for customer. Without customers patronizing your business, you business may not exist. Offering rude services does not help. One day, customers will patronize your competitors. Just remember that your business will not exist without our patronage. If you are the business owner, think about how I was treated by your cashier. If you were me, would you go back and patronize this business. You have many competitors within a mile radius, many of your competitor would love to see one less bakery."

"I think I might be a bit late in discovering this fantastic restaurant. We've already ordered from North Point Cafe four times via DoorDash and Grubhub, and once for pickup. Each time, the food has arrived well-packaged, hot, and fresh. I have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend trying the big breakfast platter, chicken salad, chili cheese fries, Reuben sandwich, tater tots, hot dogs, pancakes, and garden salad. These are just a few of the dishes I've enjoyed, and they were all outstanding. The extensive menu offers something for everyone, making it an excellent choice for families. The customer service is also top-notch. If you're looking for a place that is AFFORDABLE for the whole family, provides GENEROUS PORTIONS, DELICIOUS food, and GREAT customer service, North Point Cafe is the place to go."

Our server was courteous and checked on us several times during our meal. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. "My fiancée and I visit this parkway location on Sunday morning. And while the servers are really friendly, we have never been there that there are at least two tables that have dirty dishes on them. The windows inside and the entrance curtain are dirty. Last time we were in there, the coffee cup of my fiancée had left the lipstick from the previous user. The cutlery was dirty too. And there were dirty dishes on some tables. The food is always good and exactly what we want. This is our problem now. Let's go because food is good or let's stay away because the place is not clean. Okay. Leo, look at this place. Does this represent your business ethics?"

"During my visit to the Pontiac area, I decided to stop at Perry Street Grill for a quick meal. As I perused the menu, the images of the dishes caught my eye, but it was the loaded pommes that truly intrigued me. I ordered them and was delighted to find that they not only looked appetizing but smelled amazing as well. These loaded pommes were the best I've ever tasted and I highly recommend trying them. The service at the restaurant was also excellent. I wish I had taken a picture to share with you all, but I was too busy enjoying them to remember to do so."

"Before the USELESS son took over Andy's was a reliable consistent neighborhood source of good reasonably priced food those who live here could count on. But now the bully moron who runs the place can't be bothered to get off his cell phone long enough to properly train workers, then he blames the workers. This results in substandard, inconsistent food product. Tomorrow morning I am planning to return a rubber chicken **** fest that was served to me. It is inedible, The chicken is like overcooked cardboard, the dressing is sour and the lettuce is brown. My husband I spend HUNDREDS of a week at Andy's, NO MORE We will never spend another dime at this horrible place"
