"My family and I were looking for a place to stop on our way home from a family vacation in Maine, and about halfway through our drive this was the closest place to the thruway, not being fast food but something quick and easy to eat. We were a little concerned about how the food would be due to the area it's located in but decided to give it a go anyways. We took a little bit to order, mainly because I didn't know what I wanted because their selection of meats is HUGE, and the one guy working suggested an Italian meats sub, which was perfect because I usually order salami and capicola, but I wanted something with a little spice so he suggested the Hot Salami, and offered us to try it as well to see if we liked it. I ended up adding that to my sub, as well as provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, mayo oil. It was all the perfect combination. They also sell kettle cooked chips in different original flavors and sides to go with the subs such as antipasto salad, seafood salad, etc. I would also say the best part is EVERYTHING IS HOMEMADE!! When we got in our car we looked in the bag and we found a small amount of the hot salami wrapped up for us, a very nice surprise since we loved it. I would 100% recommended this place to stop by if you're in Albany."
