"I ordered two sandwiches online: a large club on white bread with extra mayo and a NY steamer with extra meat on white. The total came to $32.58. However, what I received was disappointing. Both sandwiches came with an unwrapped pickle spear on top, which was fine, but the club sandwich was missing bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. The NY steamer lacked both provolone cheese and Italian dressing. When I arrived to pick up my order at 4 PM, mine was the only one on the rack, yet the three employees seemed oblivious and didn’t inform me that they were out of several items, missing the chance to offer substitutions. I understand that restaurants are facing challenges, but Firehouse, you really need to do better."
