"What a very sad night. We went last night (Monday) for Trivia. As we arrived (just before 6:00) we were greeted by a sign saying there would be no pizza after 7. Also a request to be patient because they were having staff issues. Duly noted. We found a table with friends who arrived early and informed us they have been there 15 minutes with no interaction. After some time, one of us went to the bar to order our drinks and was told someone would be with us. When no one came, he went back and tried again with success this time. (if they are low on staff, we can help, we 're not unreasonable folk). When we went to the bar again put in our food order (before 6:30) we were told no pizza. (just to note, we did see tables who entered after us have servers helping them) We regrouped our order and all went with Sandwiches. After placing our order, they came to the table to tell us they were out of wings so no Wangwich . We finally got an order placed. This was just about 6:30. We played an entire game of trivia with no food. Near the end of the game, our server came to give us our bill and we said we haven 't gotten any food. It was after 7:30 when we asked to speak with the manager. He apologized and said there was a line of sandwiches ready to be toasted. It would be another 10 minutes and he did offer to comp the meal. At about 7:45 our meal arrived. We all noticed there were no chips (when you wait that long you get Hangry and those extra chips could make the difference). We asked the server, who explained..... they ran out of chips. Of course they did.... She did offer then to bring some crackers. Not the same and how hard is it to run out and get some chips?Epic fail on all fronts, the only reason for the single star is the manager was quite apologetic, and I don 't think YELP allows for Zero Stars. I think that 's it for this location."
