"I ordered delivery from their website, which is apparently done through DoorDash. One of the pizzas arrived in good condition, but the other was severely damaged. I had difficulty communicating with the restaurant due to a language barrier. The quality of the pizza in the photo was unacceptable. However, the restaurant did reach out to me over text a little over an hour later and offered a refund or replacement pizza, which I appreciated. While the restaurant may not be directly responsible for DoorDash issues, as they contracted with DoorDash for deliveries and not me, I still believe they bear some responsibility. Despite the mishap, we did enjoy the other pizza that was still in good condition."
