"The restaurant experience was disappointing for the amount of money paid. I didn't receive the Root Beer Float I ordered, but instead got a straw. The biscuits lacked the promised "smothered" country gravy, and the country potatoes were dry and overcooked. The gravy itself was quite plain. The turkey sausage links were decent, however. On the upside, my over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. I may give them another chance by trying their pancakes next time."

"The hot food was good and the fruits were fresh, but I had a negative experience with a staff member at the deli. A Spanish man there was unfriendly and told me I couldn't share the fruit from my container with my partner and son. I had just spent $24, and my hands were clean! I couldn't help but feel like I was being discriminated against because we are Black. It was disappointing to see such behavior. I wanted to support this business, but it felt like too much. It’s frustrating when there are tensions among different communities, especially in a diverse city like New York."

"I was visiting Anchorage and had no idea where to eat local, so I did a google search for breakfast places and found this little gem!So much food for a great price! There was so much I actually took half of my breakfast with me and reheated it the next morning and it was just as good. Which is pretty rare. The staff was super friendly and helpful.So if your not from Anchorage (or if you are) definitely stop in here for some great food and service.Thanks much! I hope to make it back to Alaska again and to Gwennie’s!"

"Queen Anne Cafe is a charming, old-fashioned diner situated on a hill. The food experience varies quite a bit. On the positive side, they serve what might be the best bacon I've ever had at a restaurant, and their huevos rancheros are quite tasty. However, the biscuits and gravy fall short; the biscuits have an unexpected sweetness, resulting in a dish that doesn't quite come together. Overall, it's a lovely place to visit, but you might need to sample a few different dishes to discover the gems."
