"I am extremely frustrated with the poor customer service at this restaurant. I have ordered from here multiple times without any issues and always tip well. Today, when I ordered a wrap and some fried pickles for pickup, I specifically mentioned that I cannot leave my workplace and had someone pick it up for me. However, when the food arrived, I received a wrap and a side of pickles instead of the fried pickles I had requested. The employee argued with me, insisting that I had ordered a side of pickles and not fried pickles. This experience was unacceptable and I am very disappointed."
