"Went today to show my wife one of my favorite childhood pizza spots. We were served up some day-old slices (with no discount or anything to boot). And I even asked if they had fresh slices before ordering! Boy how things have changed. Oh well. Very sad Go to Cacciatore's Pizza over near Carvel instead."

"I typically enjoy the food at this restaurant, but my experience with the gluten-free chicken parm was disappointing. The chicken was extremely thin and overcooked, almost splintering. The sauce on the pasta was watery and running off. It was a shame that we drove all the way from Eatontown for the food. I'm not sure if we'll make that trip again. This used to be my go-to spot for gluten-free Italian food, but after giving it another chance on October 2nd, I was thoroughly disappointed. The pasta was undercooked, the sauce was unappetizing, and the meatballs were rubbery and lacked flavor. The gluten-free garlic bread was simply a toasted hot dog roll for $10. It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. I recommend anyone in need of gluten-free options to look for another restaurant."

"I called to place a delivery order, only to be told that they don’t deliver to my location, which is just 1.5 miles away. If you don't deliver that far, then why do you drop off menus at my door? It’s very frustrating because I’m literally just around the corner. It seems like a lack of effort on their part."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The customer service was poor; they didn’t follow instructions and didn’t check the orders properly. There are no refunds, no apologies, and no efforts to make up for any mistakes. I visited three times, and each experience was worse than the last. The first time, my cheese was missing; the second time, my fries were mixed with two different cheeses; and on my third visit, while I finally received the correct fries, there was still no soda and no refund offered. My husband and I have decided not to return. This place on Ogontz is a letdown."

"This man is extremely rude he doesn’t know how to talk to people. He don’t know how to take responsibility for the messed up order. The Stromboli was completely raw. the dough was not cooked at all literally as if was just heated in the microwave. He was upset because I had bite into it it to find out it was raw so he said I can’t get a refund this is not ok you don’t talk to people like they are dogs this is establishment which should be understanding of customers reactions and concerns regarding their hard work money going waste. If I was you, I would never ordered from this place this please deserve 0 star."

"I absolutely adore the food at Ginos and make sure to stop by every time I visit NYC! The staff is also incredibly friendly and I always have a wonderful experience here. I first learned about this place when I was a student at Queens College in the early 2000s, but back then I couldn't afford to eat there often because of college expenses. I highly recommend trying the margarita pizza and avocado salad!"

"Owner unprofessional, drivers unprofessional was a loyal customer spending 300 to 400 dollars a week at this place taking my business else where. Drivers don't bring food to door forget part of your order and send you nasty text message demanding a tip or for you to pick up your order your damn self because they don't get paid to deliver food. Who does delivery for free as a job. Get my order correct and bring it to my door not I front of a building where numerous amount of people come in and out cause you to lazy to go up the stairs but I should tip you for not delivering my food to me and not bringing my complete order. I would like to give you zero stars for customer service and disrespect to your customers."

"I have eaten at this restaurant four times. The first time was delicious, but the quality went downhill from there. During my last visit, the delivery took 2 hours and the food arrived cold and messy. The toppings were low quality processed meat. I tried to tip the driver for the delay, but he was rude and dismissive when asked to follow simple delivery instructions. I will not be returning to Frank's Pizza."

"I ordered from these folks on Seamless, not because I wanted to go through a third-party app, but because I live in Jersey City and there was no way I could get their food delivered otherwise. But that?s besides the point. Or is it? I ordered a Sicilianpizza and according to the app, it was delivered, but I never received it! I contacted Seamless, they contacted the restaurant,and they sent out a second pizza! I?m giving them a five star review because their pizza is extraordinarily good, and becausethey made a second pizza for me despite the cost to themselves. "Incredible pizza! I tried a selection of four different slices, and each one was delicious. The spinach slice wasn't my favorite, but that's just a personal preference since I'm not a big fan of spinach; the flavor itself was still good. The standout for me was the pepperoni – I know it's a classic choice, but it was absolutely fantastic. If I find myself back in New York, I would definitely return if I'm in the area. The staff was a bit hurried but friendly; I can't really blame them, it's just the New York way. Overall, I give it five out of five stars. It's a great spot to eat if you're staying at the Yotel nearby."

"I couldn't pick up my order because the store is way too small. I ended up leaving my order there. There was no chance I was going to wait outside for over 15 minutes just to get in, followed by an additional 10 minutes inside. I’ve decided I won't order from there again. I won’t even pick up a DoorDash order from that place; that's how frustrated I am. There were around 20-25 people loitering outside, and it felt uncomfortable to be near the store without being approached."
