"About once a year, I bring my car in for service nearby, and while I'm waiting, I often notice Gino's and decide to stop by for a slice of pizza. However, during my last visit, as I stood at the counter, I overheard the kitchen staff inform a woman next to me that there was a customer waiting at the register. Unfortunately, she ignored her for five minutes, and since no one attended to me, I ended up leaving. As I walked out, I realized that this has happened consistently over the past three years.
