"The food is quite good, but the wait time for delivery can be very frustrating. What should be a 45-minute wait often turns into an hour or more, and during my last order, my food arrived cold. They used to have an excellent staff, but I'm not sure what has changed. Occasionally, you’ll get a friendly young person on the phone, but today I spoke with an older gentleman who sounded Spanish and really needs to consider a different job. He was quite rude; when I simply asked for extra sauce, he responded with, "Oh my god," and started mumbling under his breath, which felt quite dramatic. Overall, I’d rate the staff a 2, but the food itself deserves a 4—if only it would arrive hot!"
