"Check photos , not even the pepperoni was heated enough to cook or curl. Guys are always in and out trying to watch a soccer game and rushing an order. That's the first bad start to entering. Have had their pizzas months ago so stopped by for a quick slice. Big mistake and disgusting. My wife went in for me otherwise I would've been able to look at the pale slices and known they were there for over an ol hour at least. So long there was barely any sauce and the sauce it did have tasted to be from a cheap jar. Quality was nothing like a year ago, pepperoni seems to be less quality than one from aldis and their cheese was just discolored. Don't go for their slices. Pizzas are much pricier than a true Chicago pizza so adding to the new taste; I'm done with this place. Will go to a closer and cheaper paisans if I'm driving from that area."

"I ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats for our company, but I was notified at the last minute that my order was canceled. When I called them, they confirmed the cancellation and mentioned they were short-staffed. There was no apology or personal communication to inform me about the situation. This is unacceptable customer service!"
