"I was there with my girlfriend some days ago. When we ordered we asked for two sandwiches without tomatoes, the woman forgot and we told to the cashier that we asked for two sandwiches without tomatoes. She took the sandwiches and only removed the tomatoes, we saw it and we told her that it wasn't what we asked for. She told it to the woman who made the sandwiches and she told us that we had to wait for the other clients. So we waited (even though we were there first and that was her fault), when she made the second sandwiches, she called us back, even though she had offered to bring the sandwiches to us. We saw strange finger marks on them, we looked inside and probably she forgot again, because there were rests of tomatoes in the sandwiches. When I went to tell that to the cashier they both said that there was no tomato in the sandwiches, but it was obvious because they had tomato seeds stuck in the cheese. So finally I had to stay checking how she was making the last sandwiches. On top of everything the place was unclean. The trash area was full of dirty dishes, to the point that the order pick-up area was also full of dirty dishes. Zupas have always been great, but our experience in Park City was really disappointing."
